MECN is Mongolia's independent center of excellence for export cluster development—a neutral knowledge institution that strengthens all export stakeholders through evidence-based methods, global best practices, and systematic capacity building. As an Export Cluster Support Organization (ECSO), MECN contributes to Mongolia’s non-mining export development agenda and acts as a bridge between cluster members, policy makers, and international networks.
